Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to engineering or 4+ years of relevant experience.
- 8+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in people leadership.
- Knowledge of QA practices, CI/CD, and performance testing tools listed.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple engineering teams in design, development, and enhancement of systems software.
- Define technical direction, standards, and integration approaches for major initiatives.
- Ensure disciplined lifecycle practices from design to maintenance and deployment.
- Translate business needs into technical plans and prioritized backlogs.
- Mentor engineering managers and foster a strong engineering culture.
