First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a senior process improvement expert to advance organizational effectiveness through analysis, redesign, and optimization of business processes. This role leads high-impact initiatives, develops scalable solutions, and partners across functions to drive operational excellence and improved performance.

Location: Chelmsford, MA or Hillsboro, OR – Hybrid, 1+ day/week onsite. Target compensation: $164,000–$197,000/year plus an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise-wide or highly complex continuous improvement initiatives addressing critical business challenges.
• Evaluate processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, scalability, and effectiveness.
• Design and implement process improvement frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align stakeholders and drive execution of transformational initiatives.
• Analyze operational data and trends to develop recommendations that improve outcomes and mitigate risk.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
