Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union seeks a Senior Digital Banking Full Stack Engineer in Marlborough, MA. You will lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable web and mobile banking experiences, with strong focus on JavaScript front-ends, .NET back-end, and secure APIs.

You will work across product, architecture, security, and operations teams, driving quality, performance, and maintainability while adhering to SDLC and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant software engineering experience with hands-on web/mobile development.
• Experience in C#, ASP.NET MVC/.NET Core and modern front-end tech.
• Strong RESTful API design, security, and integration skills.
• Experience with microservices and scalable architecture.
• Proficiency with relational databases and SQL performance tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and DevOps pipelines.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, code reviews, and production support.
• Exposure to AI-assisted development and Generative AI tools is a plus.
• Fintech/online banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and support of web/mobile banking apps.
• Build responsive, accessible apps using JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks.
• Develop secure RESTful APIs and microservices for banking functions.
• Integrate with core banking, payments, identity, and risk services.
• Drive CI/CD automation, cloud-ready architecture, and reliable releases.
• Mentor engineers and maintain technical documentation and API specs.
• Collaborate with product, security, architecture, and operations teams.
