Job summary

This role embeds scalable assurance practices into engineering and operations.

You will partner with engineering, security, audit, and compliance teams to drive remediation, define control frameworks aligned to SOX, NIST, ISO, and SOC standards,

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of IT assurance, risk management, and control frameworks across technologies and environments.
• Experience designing or enhancing automated control monitoring, evidence management, or compliance processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex risk scenarios.
• Ability to lead initiatives independently in evolving environments.
• Collaborative skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (SOX, NIST, ISO, SOC) and their application.

Responsibilities

• Designs and advances automated assurance capabilities that continuously evaluate technology controls effectiveness.
• Integrates governance and compliance guardrails into development and operational workflows.
• Develops and enhances continuous control monitoring with automated evidence collection for audit readiness.
• Defines and maintains control frameworks aligned to regulatory requirements and industry benchmarks.
• Translates control data into risk insights, KPIs, and reports for decision‑makers.
• Leads initiatives to improve assurance processes balancing priorities and risk.
• Advises on control gaps and scalable remediation strategies.
• Collaborates with engineering, security, audit, and compliance teams to embed assurance early in the lifecycle.
• Guides new assurance activities and coordinates team contributions.
• Provides coaching to elevate consistency in control implementation and documentation.
