SPX FLOW is seeking a Quality Engineering Co-op to lead technical projects that drive innovation and operational excellence. You will develop and document standardized processes and tools to address manufacturing inefficiencies for both internal teams and external customers, contributing to enhanced product quality and optimized production performance.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, collaboration, and hands-on problem solving with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a mechanical/technical engineering bachelor’s degree.
  • Hands-on mechanical assembly/machining experience a plus.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM and/or 3D printing is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development of innovative solutions to engineering and manufacturing challenges.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for new and existing manufacturing processes.
  • Design and utilize 3D-printed tooling and fixturing to streamline operations.
  • Drive process improvement using root cause analysis, corrective actions, and lean methods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process and functional improvements.
