Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering with junior standing.
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
• Interest in continuous improvement, process optimization, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
• Able to work in labs or manufacturing environments with changing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist data collection and KPI support for production lines.
• Support lean initiatives and project work with engineering and operations teams.
• Contribute to time studies, workflow analysis, and value stream mapping.
• Help develop standard work and assist line balancing.
• Support root cause analysis and Kaizen event preparation.
