Job description

Quality Engineering Architecture Manager (Accenture LLP; Philadelphia, PA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Quality Engineering Architecture Manager in Philadelphia, PA, and the job duties are as follows:

1. Develop or update project test plans for information technology projects, including test objectives, technologies, scope, requirements, schedules, and staffing.
2. Participate and collaborate with different teams in Agile Program Increment planning sessions and create risks and dependencies for the team.
3. Maintain testing deliverables and artifacts according to Quality guidelines and SLAs.
4. Develop or update test automation and architecture for Mobile and Web browser applications.
5. Automate manual test scenarios for User Interface and Application Programming Interface of Mobile and Web browser applications.
6. Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
7. Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and create solutions for implementation by the team.
8. Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into test scenarios.
9. Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.
10. Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

1. Automation testing of Mobile applications or Web applications;
2. Performing test planning, test strategy, test management, and test execution;
3. Implementing test automation scripts utilizing test automation tools including VBScript and Tricentis Tosca.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

1. Maintaining test automation configurations by utilizing tools including Selenium;
2. Utilizing Azure for DevOps;
3. Testing Contact Center applications;
4. Testing Automation framework solutions;
5. Tracking and forecasting team’s work effort;
6. Managing contract financials;
7. Working with clients in the Healthcare industry.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
