Key responsibilities include:

• Producing architectural documents for permit submission and construction
• Developing preliminary designs into construction documents
• Reviewing and coordinating construction documents with project managers and consultants
• Providing site and space planning
• Reviewing building codes, zoning, and covenants
• Preparing presentation drawings
• Attending client meetings and coordinating with engineers
• Reviewing project scope with project managers

Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of experience, preferably in light industrial or commercial projects
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Licensure not required but supported
