Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Quality Manager at our corrugated facility in Sheboygan, WI to lead quality processes and collaborate with operations, commercial teams, and customers to meet product specifications. You will join the plant leadership team and drive continuous improvement across production and quality systems.

The role emphasizes training, data-driven decision making, vendor compliance, and safety leadership as part of daily operations within a large Koch-enabled packaging business.

Formación

• Experience leading quality improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or Cause Mapping experience.
• Maintaining customer relations through written and verbal communication (email, video conferencing, onsite visits).
• Experience with quality management systems.
• Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement to improve process control, quality, yields, and reduce defects.
• Lead quality process improvements within the facility.
• Interface with internal and external customers to ensure quality expectations are met.
• Lead quality training initiatives for employees.
• Champion Product Stewardship Food Safety process.
• Facilitate team meetings to improve the quality process.
• Manage Monthly Quality Report for Leadership Team.
• Assure vendors are meeting material specifications.
• Track, monitor, and report on quality performance to leadership and teams.
• Be part of the leadership team that drives safety performance within the facility.
