• 2+ years in an assembly manufacturing environment.
• Experience with root cause investigation and CAPA.
• Proficiency with 9 Step, 8D, A3 problem solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Support operations to maintain production when quality issues arise.
• Manage rejection process for manufactured products and components.
• Investigate root causes with Operations and Manufacturing Engineering and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Administer the deviation process.
• Lead ISO internal audits.
• Contribute to NPD/Engineered projects.
• Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities.
