Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering and 2+ years of assembly manufacturing experience, with strong root-cause analysis, blueprint reading, and experience using CMMs and common problem-solving tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
• 2+ years of engineering experience in an assembly manufacturing environment.
• Experience reading blueprints and using measuring equipment.
• Strong root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Familiarity with common quality tools (9 Step, 8D, A3).

Responsibilities

• Support operations to maintain production when quality issues arise.
• Manage rejection process for manufactured products and components.
• Investigate root causes and drive corrective/preventive actions for customer complaints and internal issues.
• Administer the deviation process and lead internal ISO audits.
• Support NPD/engineered projects and continuous improvement opportunities.
