Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years engineering experience in an assembly manufacturing environment.
• Experience investigating root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions using problem solving tools.

Responsibilities

• Support operations when quality issues arise to maintain production.
• Manage the rejection process for manufactured products and components.
• Investigate root causes and drive corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints and internal issues.
• Leverage problem solving tools (9 Step, 8D, A3) to determine CAPAs.
• Administer the deviation process and lead ISO internal audits.
• Contribute to NPD/Engineered projects and continuous improvement opportunities.
