Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with relevant power systems experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office/Teams and AI tools.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for quality and technical issues.
• Act as technical and design authority for engineering deliverables on complex projects.
• Review designs, perform verifications, and ensure safety, quality, and contractual compliance.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges while communicating needs to teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, testing, service, supply chain, sales, and product management.
• Manage multiple projects with work plans, cost estimates, RFQs, supplier evaluations, and timely delivery.
