Job summary

G&F Precision Molding Inc. in Fiskdale, MA is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team onsite. You will work with production to monitor deviations, drive quality improvements, and ensure products meet standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in quality assurance, a four-year technical degree, strong skills in GD&T, ERP, SPC, DOE, Minitab, and effective communication; travel, cleanroom PPE, and collaboration with suppliers are part of the role.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in quality assurance.
Four-year technical degree or equivalent experience; coursework in a field with problem-solving background.

Responsibilities

Direct Operations: Work with production to monitor and correct deviations from quality standards.
Strategic Planning: Align quality objectives with organizational goals and customer expectations.
Performance Metrics: Drive and execute goals for on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost reduction.
ERP & Reporting: Maintain ERP data accuracy and provide monthly forecasting.
Team Leadership: Set quality standards and guide the QA team.
Technical Collaboration: Identify potential quality issues and ensure manufacturability.
Inventory Control: Inspect products to meet specifications.
