Job summary

G&F Precision Molding Inc. in Fiskdale, MA is seeking a Quality Auditor to join the team onsite.

You will evaluate processes, systems, and products to ensure compliance with standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Responsibilities include supervising operations with production, aligning quality objectives with goals, driving metrics like on-time delivery and inventory accuracy, maintaining ERP data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturability and

Qualifications

Minimum 2-4 years in quality assurance.
ISO 9001 and/or 13485 preferred; strong written and verbal English.
Ability to read and interpret complex instructions.
Onsite work with PPE; capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

Direct Operations: monitor and correct deviations from quality standards.
Strategic Planning: align quality objectives with goals and customer expectations.
Performance Metrics: drive on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost reduction.
ERP & Reporting: ensure ERP data accuracy and monthly forecasting.
Team Leadership: collaborate daily to keep operations running smoothly.
Technical Collaboration: identify quality issues and improve manufacturability.
Inventory Control: inspect products to meet specifications.
