Job summary

G&F Precision Molding Inc. in Fiskdale, MA is seeking a Quality Auditor to join onsite operations. The role focuses on evaluating processes, systems, and products to ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.

You will work with production to monitor deviations, align quality objectives with goals, and manage ERP data for monthly forecasts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years' experience in quality assurance.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and/or 13485 preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communications in English.

Responsibilities

• Direct Operations: Work with production to monitor and correct deviations from quality standards.
• Strategic Planning: Align quality objectives with organizational goals and customer expectations.
• Performance Metrics: Drive and execute management goals for on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, labor costs, and material cost reduction.
• ERP & Reporting: Work with production to keep the ERP system data accurate which provides monthly forecasting for open sales.
• Team Leadership: Work as a team and gather information on a daily basis to ensure the company runs without issues.
• Technical Collaboration: Identifying potential quality issues and ensuring that product is built to be efficient and manufacturable.
• Inventory Control: Inspecting products to ensure they meet the required specifications.

The Opportunity

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: Minimum 2-4 years' experience in quality assurance.
• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• Technical Skills: Experience with ISO 9001 and/or 13485 preferred, strong written and verbal communications skills, along with excellent comprehension, in English required.
• Communication: Strong ability to handle technical discussions and comply with complex written and verbal directions.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in a cleanroom environment (PPE required), lift to 30 lbs, and stand/bend for up to 8 hours per day. Visual acuity is required to read instructions, operate machinery, and inspect produced parts.
• Travel: Required to be onsite, based on primary location, per established schedule.
