Job summary
G&F Precision Molding Inc. in Fiskdale, MA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead complex engineering operations, bridging design teams and on-site execution.
You will provide technical leadership for manufacturing processes, define project plans, and drive on-time delivery while collaborating across functions.
This role requires 5–10 years of experience, a four-year engineering degree, ITAR compliance, and travel up to 30% (international travel).
Qualifications
- Five to ten years of engineering experience.
- Four-year engineering degree or equivalent.
- ITAR compliance required (US Citizen or PRC holder).
- SolidWorks, MS Projects and MS Office proficiency; understanding of IQ/OQ/PQ.
Responsibilities
- Direct Operations: Provide technical leadership for manufacturing processes.
- Strategic Planning: Merge engineering expertise with business strategy.
