Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX company, seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to drive supplier quality improvements for airfoil and composite centers. You will work with engineering and procurement to enable root-cause investigations, corrective actions, and VCAB leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering or quality, 5+ years in manufacturing/quality, and knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100, AS9145, PPAP, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial, Manufacturing and minimum 5 years experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years).
• Experience in manufacturing and quality environments with ISO/AS standards.
• Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, QFD, PPAP, 8D, Lean, Control Plans and other process-improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier quality improvements for Airfoils and Composites Product Center.
• Drive continuous supplier performance improvements.
• Lead VCAB reviews and ensure robust corrective actions.
