Job summary

Freudenberg in the United States is seeking a quality management professional to maintain and improve the Quality & HSE Management System, align with global standards, and collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering and Sales to ensure robust supplier quality. The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, audits, and driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma and structured problem solving.

The candidate will prepare PPAP documentation, participate in APQP activities, and support measurement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field is preferred.
Experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Supplier Quality is preferred.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, statistical tools, and audit practices.
Experience with ISO standards, APQP, PPAP, and other core Quality tools.

Responsibilities

Maintain and improve the Quality & HSE Management System in line with global standards and customer/supplier expectations.
Evaluate supplier performance and facilitate supplier audits, capability assessments and corrective actions.
Lead or support quality improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methods.
Prepare and maintain PPAP documentation and participate in APQP activities for product launches.
