Job summary

Freudenberg is seeking a Quality Engineer focused on supplier quality in Cleveland, GA. You will maintain the Quality & HSE Management System, evaluate supplier performance, and drive audits and corrective actions with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

The role involves leading supplier development initiatives, analyzing warranty returns, and guiding root-cause analysis to ensure robust quality for new launches and ongoing production. Travel domestically/internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO standards, APQP, PPAP, and other core Quality tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical capability with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality & HSE Management System in line with global standards.
• Evaluate supplier performance and lead supplier audits and corrective actions.
• Support supplier development to improve quality and reduce risk.
• Lead/root-cause analysis for warranty and supplier issues; manage claims process.
