Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related experience in Quality/Process Improvement.
• Experience with process improvement tools and data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement efforts within a Distribution Center using WPS to eliminate losses and improve performance.
• Deliver KPI analysis and create standard work to reduce process variation.
• Assist with reviewing and guiding process improvement projects owned by area managers.
• Deploy WPS playbooks and support training for managers and associates.
• Lead savings projects and develop capability of staff.
