Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to evaluate process efficiency.
• Assist with line (labor) balancing to optimize workflow.
• Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support work cell layout and design for safety and efficiency.
• Assist in tool and fixture design to meet production needs.
• Collaborate with multiple manufacturing disciplines and plant staff.
• Apply project management skills to complete assignments on scope.
