Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience with AS9100/ISO 9001 and aerospace/defense quality standards.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing and reading engineering drawings (GD&T).

Responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering activities across Aerospace, Defense, and Marine product lines.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards including AS9100/ISO 9001.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues from production, customer complaints, or nonconformances.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop inspection methods, acceptance criteria, and quality plans.
• Support APQP/PPAP activities and quality audits.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
