Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of quality analysis or testing experience desired; aerospace preferred.
• Experience with quality tools and methods (PQP, FMEA, CAPA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer, regulatory, and Parker PQP requirements into site quality plans and acceptance criteria.
• Own PQP tool deployment and governance at the site; drive corrective actions for gaps.
• Perform MSA activities (gage R&R) and support calibration compliance.
• Lead containment and root-cause investigations; drive CAPA selection and verification.
• Support internal audits and readiness for external audits; collaborate cross-functionally.
