Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a Quality Engineer III to drive site‑level quality improvements and lead PQP execution. You will own QMS deployment, lead high‑impact projects, and collaborate with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure robust products and processes.

The role emphasizes advanced quality tools, supplier and customer engagement, and the ability to influence site leadership on quality enhancements. Travel may be needed for audits and supplier reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality within manufacturing.
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives; MRB/issue disposition authority preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑value‑stream problem solving using structured methods.
• Own PQP deployment and governance at the site and across divisions.
• Facilitate MRB activities and dispositions for nonconforming material.
• Develop process capability and control processes (Cp/Cpk).
• Coordinate internal and external audits; drive corrective actions.
