Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and technical documentation.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge or certification is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Certifications in Quality Assurance are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance efforts for customer issues and project deliverables.
• Conduct supplier audits under the Quality Management System.
• Develop and monitor CAPA and SCAR-based actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and fix process inefficiencies.
• Update quality documentation and work instructions as needed.
• Manage calibration programs to ensure measurement accuracy.
