Job summary

Royal Engineered Composites is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead audits and drive quality in new manufacturing programs in Nebraska. You will capture quality requirements, write and revise quality documents, and train teams on proper procedures while coordinating with auditors on site.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, vendor/supplier approval, and leading implementation plans across quality activities with potential travel for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; internal/external auditing experience typically needed.
• 1 year of internal or external auditing experience.
• Quality requirements (GD&T) knowledge beneficial.
• Must be able to use common office software systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external audits and prep for customer audits.
• Onboard new manufacturing programs by capturing quality requirements for facility, equipment and product.
• Identify test methods and train personnel on procedures and reporting.
• Review and approve engineering planning to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Travel by vehicle and airplane for auditing.
