Royal Engineered Composites in Nebraska is seeking a Quality Engineering Manager (Manufacturing) to lead our team of Quality Engineers. You will oversee process and product quality, manage audits, and drive improvements across materials and processes in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential Functions
The Quality Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing Royal's team of Quality Engineers. Additional duties include many elements involving materials and processes (M&P) along with auditing responsibilities, both internal and external industry and customer audits. Leading new project onboarding through capturing the quality requirements for facility, equipment and product. Other aspects of the job would require planner, contract, disposition, specification, and process review/implementation. Leadership of quality processes and activities.
