Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality engineering.
• Composite manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP.
• Experience with root cause analysis and quality tools.
• Data analysis and statistical methods proficiency.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This role collaborates closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to implement quality control systems, conduct root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and systems.
• Perform inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Investigate and analyze quality issues; perform root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action.
• Support new product introductions through process validation, control plans, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Prepare quality reports and present metrics to management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or comparable experience in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• Two plus years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
• Role (experience In Composite Manufacturing Preferred).
• Strong knowledge of quality and manufacturing standards and methodologies (i.e., AS9100, NADCAP).
• Experience with quality tools such as root cause analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
