TVS SCS North America provides contract logistics solutions to major manufacturers. The Quality Engineer role focuses on developing and maintaining quality systems, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with customer and supplier quality requirements across operations.

You will collaborate with Quality Manager and cross-functional teams to implement APQP tools, PPAP, control plans, and PFMEA, while supporting new product launches and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• APQP Core Tool knowledge: CP, PFMEA, Process Flow, PPAP, Gage Control & MSA.
• Proficiency with problem-solving tools (A3/8D; 5-Why; DMAIC).
• Experience with MS Office, Visio, and SPC concepts.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain test methods, inspection procedures, and validation processes.
• Act as QA contact for department supervisors; handle resolution and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement control, improvement, and testing methods.
• Promote quality standards and reporting; ensure compliance to standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers on corrective actions.
• Lead PPAP documentation and APQP activities; read blueprints and specs.

Formation

Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field

5+ years experience in manufacturing or supply chain

Problem solving and analytical thinking

Fluent in problem solving tools (A3 / 8D; 5-Why)
