Job summary

Veritas is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to assist the Quality Manager/Engineering with APQP processes, direct customer relations, and adherence to the quality management system. You will lead teams to resolve complex part problems and drive corrective actions through completion.

Essential duties include investigating customer concerns, ensuring corrective actions are on schedule, and supporting continuous improvement via data analysis and training of team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience (or 5+ years equivalent experience).
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong data analysis skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations for customer concerns and develop corrective/preventive actions.
• Follow up on corrective actions to meet customer timelines and verify effectiveness.
• Assist in new job feasibility, PFMEA and Control Plan reviews and approvals.
• Support manufacturing by troubleshooting and resolving production problems as a team leader.
• Conduct proactive customer visits and participate in internal/third-party audits.
