Job summary

SCN - Search Consulting Network in Michigan is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead automotive quality initiatives, interfacing directly with OEM customers on quality concerns, warranty investigations, and corrective actions at the Southfield site.

You will serve as the main liaison between the plant and Ford/GM customers, coordinate audits, manage 8D reports through customer portals, and drive issues to resolution while collaborating across quality, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Automotive quality engineering experience with direct OEM customer interaction.
• Experience supporting Ford and/or GM customers, audits, 8D, warranty processes, and corrective actions.
