Qualifications

• 2+ years in a quality engineering role within manufacturing.
• Experience with AS9100 standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA protocols to meet AS9100 standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about quality and precision, and who has a strong background in precision manufacturing. The successful candidate will be a key player in our organization, contributing to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards. You will work closely with our manufacturing and engineering teams to maintain the highest quality standards, focusing on airfoil manufacturing and first article inspections.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to meet AS9100 standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Perform first article inspections and provide technical guidance to the manufacturing team.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and implement quality assurance testing methods and procedures.
• Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing defects and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering processes.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proficient in using quality assurance software and tools.
