Qualifications

• 3+ years quality engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with customer complaints, audits, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Strong data analysis and continuous improvement skills.
• Six Sigma, CQE, or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer quality investigations, complaints, and corrective actions.
• Drive root cause analysis using CAPA, 5 Why, SPC, and Fishbone.
• Partner with engineering and production teams to improve product quality and process performance.
• Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
