Job summary

Jobot in Miami Lakes, FL is seeking a Quality Engineer for our RF electronics manufacturing plant. On-site role focusing on quality assurance and control, ISO 9001, AS9100 and AS9145 compliance, and continuous improvement to meet customer expectations.

You will develop QC procedures, perform root cause analysis, lead audits, mentor staff, collaborate with production and suppliers, and drive data-driven initiatives to reduce defects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering in manufacturing.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, AS9100 and AS9145 standards.
• Strong root cause analysis and continuous improvement skills.
• Proficient in quality inspection tools and data interpretation.
• CQE credential is a plus.

Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Engineer to join our manufacturing team. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality assurance and control, ensuring our products meet and exceed customer expectations. You will play a key role in our organization, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards. This role requires 3+ years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address quality issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and reduce defects.
• Perform audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9145 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering within the manufacturing industry.
• Extensive knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles.
• Proven experience with Root Cause Analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, and AS9145 standards.
• Strong knowledge of Process Engineering.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in using quality inspection tools and software.
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) credential is a plus.
