Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit in the United States seeks a Quality Lab Specialist to support product quality through investigations, testing, and corrective actions. You will ensure compliance with ISO standards and coordinate samples, audits, and cross-functional initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a scientific field and 3–5 years of lab experience in manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline with 3–5 years of Quality and laboratory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of ISO/QS standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 22000) and quality system requirements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; Six Sigma or statistical analysis experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality investigations, NCMRs, customer complaints, and corrective actions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Perform physical, chemical, and performance testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
• Maintain laboratory operations through equipment calibration, inventory management, and sample preparation activities.
• Coordinate sample documentation and shipments to customers, suppliers, and external testing laboratories.
• Support audits, inspections, quality improvement initiatives, and cross-functional teams while promoting safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

The salary for this role is $85,000.00. This salary represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
