Job summary

Henkel Corporation seeks a Quality Analyst for its Adhesive Technologies unit to manage quality investigations and ensure product integrity across raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.

You will support audits, corrective actions and cross-functional teams while upholding safety and regulatory standards in a laboratory environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling quality investigations and customer complaints (NCMRs).
• Ability to perform testing of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.

Responsibilities

• Manage quality investigations, NCMRs, customer complaints and corrective actions to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Perform physical, chemical and performance testing of materials to verify compliance with specifications.
• Maintain laboratory operations through calibration, inventory management and sample preparation activities.
• Coordinate sample documentation and shipments to customers, suppliers and external testing laboratories.
• Support audits, inspections, quality improvement initiatives and cross-functional teams while promoting safety and regulatory compliance.
