Job summary

Henkel, a global leader in adhesives and consumer brands, is seeking a Senior Quality Leader for its Adhesive Technologies unit in Texas. You will drive end-to-end quality strategies, ensuring compliance from raw materials to final products, while coordinating with cross-functional teams across purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, and service.

The role requires 5+ years in quality within manufacturing, with Six Sigma expertise, and a strong background in QMS and ISO 9001.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of quality experience, including leadership in manufacturing.
  • Expertise in policy development, incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
  • Six Sigma (DMAIC) experience; Green Belt or higher preferred.
  • ISO 9001 Auditor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end quality strategy from raw material sourcing to final delivery across sites in Texas.
  • Monitor quality metrics and generate statistical reports for decision making.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on quality standards for supply chain staff.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures across the supply chain.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identify improvements.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, manufacturing, logistics and customer service to embed quality.

What you´ll do
  • Lead and execute the end-to-end quality strategy—ensuring company quality standards are met at every stage from raw material sourcing to final product delivery—while maintaining oversight and alignment across additional sites in Texas
  • Monitor quality performance metrics across the supply chain and generate statistical reports to inform decision making
  • Develop and deliver high quality training programs for employees throughout the supply chain to ensure understanding of quality standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures to mitigate quality risks throughout the supply chain.
  • Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, manufacturing, logistics, & customer service to ensure quality is integrated
What makes you a good fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry or related technical discipline5+ years of experience in quality, including leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in policy development, incident investigation, and structured root cause analysis
  • Proficient in Quality Management Systems (QMS), international standards, HACCP, and core quality tools (FMEA, SPC, CAPA), including statistical quality control (SQC)
  • Demonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives; Six Sigma (DMAIC) experience required (Green Belt or higher preferred)
  • IIA ISO 9001 Auditor certification preferred
  • Experience with MRP/MPS systems; SAP strongly preferred

The salary rangefor this role is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting.In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
