Job summary

Mauser in Port Reading, NJ is seeking a Quality Manager responsible for leading the Quality team and implementing process improvements through Lean and SPC practices. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality experience in a high volume fast-paced manufacturing operation.
• Certifications in Environmental or Health & Safety related programs preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implements process improvement utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Defines projects and ensures CoQ metrics are aligned with company initiatives.
• Supervises and manages daily activities of the Quality team.
