Job summary

Rehlko in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer to drive safety, quality, on‑time delivery, cost reductions, productivity and continuous improvement in their assigned areas.

Responsibilities include leading cross‑functional teams, implementing DMAIC/PDCA, and collaborating with design engineering to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA). Onsite: N7650 County Rd LS, Sheboygan, WI 53083; Shift: 1st Shift 6:30am–2:30pm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering from ABET‑accredited program.
• 2+ years of relevant experience (Co‑Op, internship, or related).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred or demonstrated CI/quality experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety, quality, on‑time delivery, cost reductions, productivity and continuous improvement.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and manage capital and process improvement projects.
• Support PFMEA, DMAIC/PDCA, and root cause analysis for production and field quality issues.
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA) and smooth design‑to‑production transitions.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, routings, and material flow for throughput.
• Implement Poke Yokes to reduce assembly errors.
