Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Director of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) to lead the company’s global programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and a culture of zero injuries. This hybrid role is based in Wisconsin with responsibilities spanning strategic leadership, compliance, and safety excellence across multiple sites.

The position requires 10+ years of EHS leadership in manufacturing, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence executive leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience leading multi-site and global EHS programs.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and risk management practices.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization within a matrix organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive complex initiatives from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global EHS strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Establish enterprise-wide EHS goals, performance metrics, and accountability processes.
• Serve as the primary advisor to senior leadership on EHS risks, regulatory changes, and emerging compliance requirements.
• Direct global environmental compliance programs, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations.
• Lead safety initiatives to reduce injuries and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and deploy EHS training; coach leaders and promote engagement.
