Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking a Press Packer for all shifts to support our high‑volume metal stamping and packing operations. You will inspect parts, pack them per packaging instructions, and assist with quality checks and data entry in Plex.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to safely perform duties.
• Six-month manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Willing to learn and work with others in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs visual quality inspections of metal stampings and packs products in appropriate containers.
• References production orders in Plex to meet packaging requirements.
• Loads, unloads, and moves materials up to 60 pounds with assistance.
• Ensures proper labeling and storage of packed parts.
• Completes paperwork and time boards to track production.
