Job summary

Ameron, a subsidiary of Arcosa, Inc., seeks a Document/Quality Specialist in Tulsa, OK to review and verify QC data, ensuring compliance with specifications and providing complete job information to clients. The role emphasizes accurate MTR/PO review, documentation for inspectors, and strong data-entry performance.

You will work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining organized records while handling sensitive information and communicating clearly.

Qualifications

• Strong data-entry speed and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with ability to analyze data.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google and Adobe tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect MTRs and PO documents for quality and traceability.
• Assist in creating and reviewing NDT reports.
• Review and file CVP, Pull Sheets, CMTRs and other records.
• Prepare documentation to standards for DOT or third-party inspection review.
• Possible 40-hour weeks with rare overtime.
• Be a self-starter and coordinate tasks ethically to completion.
• Work well independently and in a team.
• Maintain fast and accurate data entry.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Maintain attention to detail and data compliance.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient with basic computer programs (MS Office, Google, Adobe).
• Troubleshoot common software issues.
