Job summary

Mactac North America is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the Quality Manager by generating and distributing Certificates of Conformance and Certificates of Analysis for all products, and by maintaining both electronic and manual document control files.

The role includes assisting with audits, maintaining RDT specs, supporting the quality and lab functions, and providing clerical and lab support as needed. Occasional travel to other Mactac locations may be required.

Qualifications

• BS degree preferred or equivalent experience in a scientific field.
• Minimum 3 years in a related QA/document control role.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Experience with document control systems and record retention.

Responsibilities

• Generate and distribute electronic Certificates of Conformance (C of C) for all products.
• Generate and distribute electronic Certificates of Analysis (C of A) for all products.
• Maintain manual C of C and C of A files and the electronic document control system.
• Assist with routing, tracking, and documentation review/approval processes.
