Job summary

You will ensure proper storage, retrieval, and compliance with ISO 9001 and TS 16949 standards. The starting wage ranges from $42,000 to $50,000 annually, with pay determined by knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 9001 and TS 16949 documentation.
• Document control or records management experience.
• Data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages all documents critical to our Quality Management System.
• Coordinates document edit & approval processes to obtain input and approval.
• Manages storage, cataloging, archiving, and retrieval of documents.
• Demonstrates knowledge of network drives, naming conventions, and file storage.
• Regular and predictable attendance; complies with regulations.
