Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking an ISO 9001 & Document Control Coordinator to maintain the facility's QMS and ensure audit readiness. This on-site role in Tooele, UT works with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Safety and Leadership to drive continuous improvement.

The position offers a 4x10 schedule, starting at 6:00 AM, with a comprehensive benefits package including vacation, holidays, parental leave, and healthcare options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years relevant experience or AA degree + 1 year of relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in document control, quality systems, manufacturing administration, or a related field; OR Associate degree with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer ISO 9001 QMS.
• Coordinate internal audits and track findings.
• Manage document control processes and archival.
• Support corrective actions and CAPA processes.
• Assist with training and communication of quality system updates.
