Job summary

Semtech is seeking a Quality Document Control Supervisor in Camarillo, CA, offering hybrid work with four days on-site and Friday remote. You will lead a team of Document Control Specialists, ensure regulatory compliance, and act as liaison across Legal, ESG, and Supply Chain.

You will drive continuous improvement of document workflows, manage audits, and contribute to ESG reporting programs, requiring strong leadership and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years in document control or compliance; 1 year lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop Document Control Specialists; conduct 1:1s and reviews.
• Coordinate cross-training and backup planning for business continuity.
• Oversee customer portal access management and timely upload of surveys and docs.
• Review and approve compliance documentation for regulatory alignment.
• Lead ESG, CDP data collection cycles and RBA Code of Conduct administration.
• Define and monitor team KPIs (TAT, submission rates, audits).
• Drive process improvements and automation within document control.
