  • Serve as escalation point for complex customer-specific compliance inquiries; coordinate with Business Units, Legal, HR, and Procurement to drive resolution.
  • Oversee team access management for customer portals and ensure timely upload of customer-requested surveys and compliance documentation.
  • Review and approve outgoing compliance documentation for accuracy and regulatory alignment prior to distribution.
ESG, CDP & Sustainability Reporting
  • Oversee team participation in yearly ESG, CDP, and CSA data collection cycles; monitor submission deadlines and quality of responses.
  • Serve as Supervisor-level administrator for Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, Supplier Surveys, and Corporate Surveys.
  • Support Semtech's broader ESG reporting goals by ensuring accurate, traceable, and audit-ready documentation across the team's portfolio.
Document Process Design & Governance
  • Lead the design, testing, and implementation of document data processes, templates, and workflows; establish and maintain team-wide data standards.
  • Drive adoption of process improvements, automation opportunities, and technology tools (including AI-assisted review) to increase team efficiency.
  • Ensure governance policies are applied consistently prior to entry into Agile PLM and document management systems; maintain awareness of new Interested Parties and program initiatives.
Quality Audits & Document Control Oversight
  • Conduct and supervise QA/QC audits of POR Document Control files and electronic document control systems; identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
  • Support policy discussions on document retention, e-mail recording, video recording, and related compliance topics, escalating to Legal as appropriate.
KPI Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
  • Define, monitor, and report team performance against Key Performance Indicators including TAT, compliance submission rates, and audit findings.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the document control function; present findings and recommendations to Sr. Manager Corporate Quality.

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Sr. Manager Corporate Quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
