Pinnacle Treatment Centers is seeking a Quality Director OTP to oversee, develop, and maintain a comprehensive quality improvement system across Pinnacle Treatment Services. The role includes leading accreditation processes, ensuring EMR standards, and coordinating corrective actions with Clinical, Compliance and Operations teams.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) and at least 3 years in quality leadership within healthcare; travel up to 25% to CA sites is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred in behavioral healthcare, business, or public administration.
• 3 years minimum supervisory or administrative experience in a healthcare setting, preferred.
• Preferred MAT experience.
• Knowledge and experience in quality role for at least 3 years.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
