Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. seeks an Executive Director to oversee daily operations of a growing addiction treatment facility in Ohio. You will manage staffing, HR, finance, marketing, compliance, and growth initiatives while ensuring care quality and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services OR Bachelor's degree with two years' related healthcare field experience.
• Five (5) years' experience in management.
• Ability to travel up to 25% including overnights, local events and meetings.
• Administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed SUD or mental health treatment facility.

Responsibilities

• Assure compliance with CARF, State and County Standards including patient confidentiality rules.
• Develop, implement and enforce company policies and procedures; protect patient and teammate rights.
• Plan and administer managerial, operational, fiscal, and reporting components of the organization.
• Participate in Performance Improvement Plan for patient care, teammate retention, and performance.
• Assess participant needs through outcomes, feedback, and meetings to ensure quality care and program development.
• Assign duties to teammates based on education, training, and competencies.
• Establish community relationships and MOUs with resources.
• Supervise all staff (medical, clinical, administrative).
• Review credentials annually for teammate renewals and compliance.
• Ensure documentation in patient records adheres to policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain health and safety policies addressing accreditation standards.
• Conduct annual performance reviews of supervisory, medical, and support teams.
• Coordinate with Contact Center to monitor admissions and census management.
